Testimonials From Our Clients

Learn How To...

How We Work

A typical seated massage:

  • The massage session is just 10-15 minutes long
  • Massage recipients relax on an ergonomically designed chair, built for support and comfort, allowing the therapist access to key tension areas in the neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands.
  • The massage is performed through the recipient’s work attire, and the recipient’s appearance is not disturbed.
  • No oils or lotions are used

Sessions are designed to eliminate stress and leave the recipient ready to return to work refreshed and more alert.

Our programs are easily integrated into your work schedule with no disruption of your workflow – and they are wellness programs that people readily use. (Sessions can even be scheduled during a regular coffee break.)

And the best part – we come to you!

Seated massage is unique – it’s our specialty.

Our professional massage therapists have advanced training in seated massage and we use acupressure and Japanese massage techniques designed to leave recipients feeling relaxed, refreshed and recharged.

To learn more and to arrange for a no obligation complimentary seated massage at your workplace, Contact or call us at 757 201-1995 and talk to a Hands On-Site representative.

  • Based on your needs/budget we will provide you with customized options to initiate a workplace on-site seated massage program. We can also show you how to incorporate one into an existing wellness program.
  • Employees will use our secure, on line scheduling to book their appointments.
  • When we are ready to begin, just provide us with a location within the company for massage sessions. It does not have to be a dedicated space. A quiet corner, empty conference room or office is fine.

Once established, the program runs itself. You will see happier, healthier employees, less workplace stress and a healthier bottom line.
